Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are available within 7 days of receiving your order on valid products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
- Valid Products: Only sarees that meet the above conditions are eligible for returns. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Genuine Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received.
- Defective or damaged product.
- Size or color mismatch.
- Significant deviation from product description or images.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@neyuvi.com / call us at +91 9014362492 or return your your account directly within 7 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos of the defect or issue).
- Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Shipping the Product: Ensure that the item is securely packed and returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the item within the eligible return period and place a new order for the desired product.
